Thank you for choosing Polish Nail Bar.

By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the terms and policies below. These policies help us protect our schedule, our team and the quality of every treatment.

Appointments

Appointments can be booked directly through our website:

www.polishnailbar.nl

Please make sure you book the correct treatment. If you are not sure what to book, you can take our nail quiz or contact us before making your appointment.

Customer Service

Our customer service hours are:

Monday to Saturday
10:30 to 16:00

We may be in treatment or the salon may be closed, which means we are not always able to respond immediately.

If we are unavailable, please leave us a message via WhatsApp or email us at:

We aim to respond within 72 hours.

Please note that we do not respond to messages through Instagram or TikTok.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

You can reschedule or cancel your appointment within the allowed time frame.

Non members
Up to 24 hours before your appointment.

Polish Club members
Up to 6 hours before your appointment.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled too late may be charged according to our booking policy.

Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

For appointments longer than 50 minutes, we allow a grace time of 15 minutes.

For appointments shorter than 50 minutes, we allow a grace time of 10 minutes.

After the grace time, we may need to shorten your treatment, adjust the service or mark your appointment as a no show.

No Show Policy

If you do not arrive for your appointment and do not contact us in time, your appointment may be marked as a no show.

No shows may be charged and may affect future bookings.

Guarantee Policy

If you experience any issues after your appointment, please contact us within the guarantee period.

Our guarantee applies only to gel treatments, BIAB, hard gel and gel polish.

The guarantee does not apply to clean manicures or clean pedicures.

The guarantee is only valid for issues caused by our work. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, picking, biting, incorrect aftercare, outside products or work done by another salon after your appointment.

Non members

Gel polish: 5 days
BIAB and hard gel: 7 days

Polish Club members

Gel polish: 10 days
BIAB and hard gel: 12 days

To help us review the issue, we may ask you to send a clear photo of your nails.

Treatment Results

Every natural nail is different. The result and lasting power of your treatment can depend on your natural nails, lifestyle, aftercare and previous products on the nails.

We will always do our best to advise you honestly and choose the treatment that suits your nails.

Payments

Payment is required after your treatment, unless prepaid or arranged differently through our booking system.

Deposits or prepaid bookings may be used to secure your appointment.

Respect Policy

We kindly ask all clients to respect our team, our time and our policies.

We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of disrespectful behaviour, repeated no shows or misuse of our guarantee policy.

Updates

Polish Nail Bar may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
