At Polish Nail Bar, nail care is approached with intention, expertise and care. We believe beautiful nails start with listening, understanding and working thoughtfully, never rushed and never one size fits all. Every client is different, and so is every set of nails. That’s why we take the time to guide you, advise you and match you with the right stylist for your needs.

Expertise at every level  
At Polish Nail Bar, we work with three levels of nail technicians: Junior, Experienced and Master. Each level reflects training, experience and focus, while all stylists work according to the same high standards of quality, nail health and care. This structure allows you to choose with confidence, knowing that every treatment is performed thoughtfully and within each stylist’s expertise.

A Note From The Founder

I opened Polish Nail Bar in Amsterdam in October 2018 with a simple belief, nail care can be more thoughtful, more personal, and held to a higher standard. A place where quality comes first, and where clients are genuinely listened to.    

At Polish, we work with our own products and formulas, developed with care and intention through daily salon experience. By listening closely to our clients and our team, I continue to improve what we use, creating products that support healthy nails and long lasting results. Everything in our salon is chosen with purpose, always with safety, performance and comfort in mind.    

What makes Polish special is that it is built together. Our nail artists work closely with clients, not only to create beautiful nails, but to understand preferences, routines and the details that make each set feel right. Some clients come to unwind, others to talk, and many for both.  I’m deeply grateful for the support of my husband, whose trust and expertise have helped Polish grow behind the scenes while staying true to its values.    

Polish is a place we are proud of. A calm, welcoming space to slow down, recharge, and leave feeling truly taken care of.

Vy is the Founder and Lead Master Nail Technician of Polish Nail Bar, with over eight years of experience in high precision nail work.
She defines the technical standard of the salon and is known for her refined eye for detail, structure driven approach and focus on nail health, durability and balance. Vy trained with renowned international educators, including Tanya Savchenko, and holds multiple advanced certifications.
With a background in Law from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, Vy brings structure, precision and analytical thinking into every treatment. She also trains and mentors new stylists, helping maintain the consistent quality Polish Nail Bar is known for.
As founder of Polish Amsterdam, she develops professional nail products based on daily salon experience and real client needs.

Jade

Within the academy, every treatment is taught step by step and completed with an exam. Only after passing each exam, Jagmeet is allowed to perform that specific treatment in the salon.
She is currently certified within our academy to perform pedicures. Her next steps are gel polish and then BIAB, as she continues to build her technical skills within the Polish Academy.

His main role is within the strategic and operational foundation of the brand, including systems, online communication and business development. By staying closely involved in the salon, Du helps safeguard quality, consistency and the overall client experience.
His weekly day in the salon is also a conscious moment to slow down, connect with clients and stay close to the heart of the brand. Du is known for his thoughtful approach, entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for meaningful business conversations.
